Tahsin Kaya started his ventures in 1980 with Kayalar TK İnşaat, founded in Istanbul as a sole proprietorship.
After earning a respected position through its business ethics and reliability, in 1993 it continued as Kayalar TK İnşaat Limited Şirketi in order to provide top-level service through large-scale investments and to build a corporate structure.
Today, to expand its business network and volume, it has brought together Kayalar Urka İnşaat and Kayalar Onka Yapı under one roof as Kayalar Grubu, and continues its activities.

OUR ACTIVITIES
Since 1980, Kayalar Grubu has built 150,000 m² of luxury housing in elite districts of Kadıköy, Istanbul, such as Fener Kalamış Caddesi, Cemil Topuzlu Caddesi, Tütüncü Mehmet Efendi Caddesi, Feneryolu, Selamiçeşme, Çiftehavuzlar, Göztepe, Caddebostan, Erenköy, Şaşkınbakkal and Suadiye. It also built and opened the 50,000 m² Tahsin Kaya Industrial Estate, made up of 150 workplaces in 3 blocks near the E-5 highway in Kartal, Istanbul. In addition, over the years our company has carried out 75,000 m² of private contracting work.
INVESTMENT AREAS AND OUR GOALS
Kayalar Grubu builds luxury housing, business centres and villas on a flat-for-land basis. Accordingly, it either buys old buildings and plots suitable for construction at their fair value or builds on them in return for flats. Our company's goal is to keep growing its business volume and to create employment.
OUR APPROACH TO QUALITY
Since 1980, Kayalar Grubu has built a total of 275,000 m² in compliance with the specifications of the Ministry of Public Works and Settlement, the legal and technical specifications governing construction, the approved projects, building inspections and TSE and ISO quality standards, and has obtained the occupancy permits for all of it. In doing so it has fulfilled all its commitments without compromising on quality or durability. None of the buildings we constructed before or after the 1999 earthquake in Turkey was found to be damaged. Unaffected by the economic crises in the country, it has also successfully completed all its projects and commitments in line with their contracts.
