Kayalar Urka İnşaat was founded in January 2021 in Kadıköy, Istanbul, by Uğur Kaya, who holds degrees in Architecture and Business Administration. When the company's goals were set, it adopted the principles of putting customer satisfaction first and offering more cost-effective services with evolving construction technologies. Focusing in particular on work under Law No. 6306 on the Transformation of Areas under Disaster Risk, known as the urban renewal law, our company will continue to serve the sector, from its foundation into the future, with a people- and solution-oriented approach within its expertise and responsibility.
